Before Rental

Required documents
Following documents are REQUIRED in order to pick up your car:

• Valid, original driver's license for ALL named drivers
  Photocopies, faxes or letters will not be accepted. If foreign licenses are not typed in Latin characters (e.g. Arabic, Chinese) they must be accompanied by an international driver's license and passport.
• A second picture identification
  Turkish citizens may use valid National ID. Foreign citizens must present a valid passport.
• Credit/debit card(s) specified for payment during booking
  Original, physical card(s) must be presented, copies or numbers will not be accepted. Card holder MUST be one of the named drivers and MUST BE PRESENT to collect the car. Card information must be included in the agreement. A rental deposit will be debited from your card at the time of delivery if not already paid during booking.

We CANNOT allocate you a car without these documents or if we are unable to collect the deposit from your card. We will NOT make any refunds in such cases.

No-show
We can not make any refunds if you do not or are unable to pick up your vehicle. Bookings may not be transferred to other dates or locations.

Special requests
Unfortunately, kolayAraba is not able to provide special request such as baby seats, roof racks or snow chains. You may ask for your special needs at your rental location when picking up your car.

If your rental location does not carry baby seats, you may use yours at your own risk. Due to liability reasons, our employees are not allowed to help install such additional equipment.

Deposit
Your credit card will be charged a deposit of 180 YTL when you collect your car. If your booking is made within 7 days of the pick-up date, it will be charged at the time of booking. Your rental deposit will be credited to your account within 15 days after returning your vehicle, after deducting any additional charges which may occur during the rental.

Cleaning fee
Your card will be charged a cleaning deposit of 10 YTL during your booking. Through our "bring the car back clean" policy we keep our staff at each location at a minimum and are able to offer you lower prices. Customers can use our cleaning service for 10 YTL if they do not wish to bring their car back clean. This cleaning deposit will be refunded when the car is returned in clean condition.

Insurance
Liability and vehicle insurance is included in your rental with a deductible of 180 YTL which is your rental deposit. In case of an incident your liability is limited to this amount, provided no legal restrictions are violated.
However, you are responsible to pay in following cases:

• Tire and wheel damages
• Light and windshield damages
• Any damage which is rejected to pay by insurance company
