How to make a booking
All bookings must be made through our website. If you do not have Internet access, you may have a booking made for you by contacting our call center or by visiting one of our authorized agents.

Minimum/maximum rental period
Each booking may be made for a minimum of 24 hours, and a maximum of 58 days. For longer rentals, please contact our call center

One-way rentals
All vehicles must be returned to their original rental locations. We DO NOT offer transfer services between offices less then 3 days rentals. In case a vehicle is returned to an office other than its original rental location without our authorization, customer will be responsible for all transfer expenses.

Damages to vehicle
In certain cases, you may be partially or completely responsible for damages to the vehicle. Please refer to section below on rental deposits for more details

Payment

Booking
Rental cost must be paid in full at the time of booking by only credit card.

Currency
All rental costs, supplementary charges and deposits are indicated and paid in YTL. For up-to-date exchange rates, please refer to the Central Bank of Turkish Rebublic official website.

For credit/debit cards of foreign origin, amounts will reflect to your account in your local currency. In such cases, the exact amount charged to your account may vary by 3-5% depending on policies and exchange rates used by your local bank.

• If the rental period is extended, additional days are charged using prices effective as of the time of extension.
• If the new amount is higher than before, difference is charged to your card.
• If the new amount is less than before, no refund is made.

Cancellations and Refunds

By not offering cancellations and refunds, we are better able to plan and manage our occupancy rates, and therefore set our prices at the lowest possible levels. Because of this, our system does bot support cancel and refund.

Drivers

You may specify up to 2 drivers free of charge for each booking. All drivers must be of at least 24 (various for type of car) years of age and must have held a valid driver's license for 2 years on the date the rental begins.

Vehicles

We will do our best to give you the vehicle you have indicated during your booking. However occasionally, we may be required to offer you another one of the equivalent or higher class cars. Unfortunately, we are not able to handle requests of specific models or colors.
